  1. I respect and am always glad to read everyone’s opinion.
Marcus, AFVet and Harv, if you stop by today thoughts on yesterday’s budget deal between Trump and the Dem’s.
Other opinions would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!

    • Strange bedfellows, and all that.
The Repubs didn’t want to help MrTrump, the Dems did.
Repubs: Repeal Obamacare, eh – no. Build the wall, eh -no. Approve his appointments- no. Support the immigration issues – eh- no. Tax reform – eh, don’t think so.
A deal was struck with the Dem leaders. What it is we’ll find out soon enough.

    • I agree with other comments here. The Republican leadership refuses to openly support and help Trump and, through their own ineptness, keep derailing his agenda, which is, after all, the Republican agenda. Or should be. It’s what Trump ran on and why we voted for him. So he turns to the Democrats to get at least this piece of work done. POW! McConnell and Ryan got spun out of the room and are babbling to themselves out in the corridors.

How it all works out, particularly when it comes to DACA, won’t make Republican leadership, or maybe us, happy, and it’s their fault. They have to decide whether they are part of the solution or part of the problem. We have Republicans in control of all three branches of government, and we can’t seem to get anything done. It’s obvious the Democrats are still running the government. Makes me very angry. My two cents.
