As of now, I am in control here, in the White House

  1. Its time to stop defending Trump! And start attacking the Dems. They are crooked and killers.
Hannity, Rush, and the rest Go after the bums!
    Take the battle to them!!

  2. D. Von Ebb – I don’t know about the Rich matter, but I do know that as a general rule, we Republicans tend to sit back and laugh at the Democrats’ world-class stupidity and go on about our bidness. The other reason we’re not all feral dogs is that we – as a group – have better manners.

    • Yes, Nina, I agree. And the democrats and MSM are walking all over us.

The time to be nice is over.

I am attending our state’s republican convention next week. I am hoping this will be addressed.

      • I agree. I thought more of us,and the Republican Party, would have learned that.

        Not so.

You cannot defend the nation against criminals, thugs and thieves who want to steal your liberty with good manners and by holding hearings, assessing information, having meetings and politely suggesting. Or by waving the white flag.

  3. We have three presidents.

DC President Trump. The MSM, the Lefties, Dems and those wanting no change spend their time trying to bring him down.

Overseas President Trump. This is the one we saw the last 9 days…unfiltered by the American Press. CBS complained that Trump did not hold one press conference with the American Press. He showed he was a leader.

    Shadow President Obama. Enough said.

I think Trump should bypass MSM and stop the tweets. He should communicate direct with the people similar to what Reagan did.

  4. Welp–

Saw the Judge’s rant from FNC last night. Leaker must be taken out, blah blah blah.

    Which kinda got me thinking…

    “White House Leaker”
(Sung to the tune, such as it has, of “Take Me Out” by Franz Ferdinand)

    So yeah, I’m leaking
You know I’m ratting to the press
    I’m just a crim’nal
I’m just a warrant away from arrest
    But if I stay here
I’ll feel remorse and stop it, I kid
    I’m just a crim’nal
With no regrets for what I did

I know I’ll soon be leaving here in cuffs

You say I broke the law
I say I broke the law
    You say, take them out

    You say voters spoke
    I say Trump’s a joke
    You say, take them out

You say I broke the law
I say I broke the law
    You say, take them out

    I’ll keep spreading lies
    Here’s where your freedom dies
    You say, take them out

I know I’ll soon be leaving here (in cuffs)
I know I’ll soon be leaving here
I know I’ll soon be leaving here (in cuffs)
I know I’ll soon be leaving here in cuffs

You say I broke the law
I say I broke the law
    You say, take them out

    I’ll leave, this won’t die
    Anyone in town can lie
    You say, take them out

    You say, tell us why
    I say, hicks can die
But go on: take me out!

I know I’ll soon be leaving here (in cuffs)
I know I’ll soon be leaving here
I know I’ll soon be leaving here (in cuffs)
I know I’ll soon be leaving here in cuffs

  5. Late to the party but I was already up and out by the time the thread got started and just getting back.
Couldn’t agree more with all on the thoughts on Trump, the tweets, press conferences and especially the fact that it’s long past time to stop letting the Dems run the show.
That said, switching back to Memorial Day, here’s Sunday’s column. I did a take on a few past Commanders in Chief and how that whole set up is unique to US:

Next week: 75 years to the day remembrance of the Battle of Midway and how five minutes, yes, just five minutes changed the world.

  6. On the South side of Chicago there’s a brown marble slab surrounded by a waist high chain link fence. To be exact it’s located at 91st & Brandon within the small parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
On this dark piece of marble eight names are inscribed, eight young men who answered America’s call to arms, volunteers each and every one. Each one killed-in-action while serving in The Republic of VietNam. Did I know each one personally, no, just a couple, but it was a small neighborhood we knew of each other. Same high-school, same soda shop, same church. Touch football on the streets and basketball in the church gym.
I’m getting up in age and I don’t know how many more times I tell the story. I’m not complaining, I’ve been blessed with a long and prosperous life.
On this Memorial Day 2017 I want to remember…
Pvt. Antonio G. Chavez Jr. KIA,1967
