Fox News Retracts Seth Rich Story

This happened a couple of days ago, but I wanted you to be aware, given that I cited the story that ran on Fox News which stated that murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich had leaked thousands of emails to WikiLeaks.

A Fox News statement didn’t exactly say the story was wrong. But it did remove the piece because it didn’t meet its editorial standards. Here is the statement:

On May 16, a story was posted on the Fox News website on the investigation into the 2016 murder of DNC Staffer Seth Rich. The article was not initially subjected to the high degree of editorial scrutiny we require for all our reporting. Upon appropriate review, the article was found not to meet those standards and has since been removed. We will continue to investigate this story and will provide updates as warranted.

  1. How ever the question remains:

    Who killed Seth Rich and

why is everyone afraid of covering this?

Where is the pressure coming from to kill this story?

    • Exactly. Perhaps, as investigators starting digging into the murder, they uncovered something very big. Who knows what? A conspiracy? A network of assassins? Some big names involved with this crime? Investigators and their families being threatened?

It will all come out eventually, but maybe not in our lifetimes.

  2. Watched Hillary aka the beast , give a speech this morning. Sound off. Same health problems.

Coughing, getting drinks, someone gave her something she put in her mouth. Hanging on like she could not stand up. Then she gets better and stands.
Coverage strangle shot from the side. Not front on. Odd……

    • She’s not well. Some of us do better at a certain age, others not so much.
She should have retired long ago and saved herself for a peaceful life in her mansions playing with the grandchildren.

      .

    • A big theme of Hillary’s speech was the import ance of truth. Can you believe that coming from Hillary? One of the biggest liars in American politics–under sniper fire, missing “documents” all over the place, her personal server, Benghazi, the endless list of her lies–lecturing a group of people about the importance of always telling the truth. You just can’t make it up.

      • The Clintons never hesitate to do things of which they should be ashamed.

Chelsea’s sudden emergence as a woman of power is another example. Winning a big award for foisting grapefruits on the poor — oh, brother.

    • Evidence is being withheld.
Under Comey’s FBI, they said that the DC police had the case and that they would not pursue it.

I don’t think this one will be buried.

  3. It is a weird robbery where the dead victim is left with watch, wallet, and briefcase. I wish I knew what the police found.

  4. Bunk.

The forward march to the left with Murdoch boys. Bury any story or any investigation that might suggest that this was anything but a simple murder, despite the circumstances.

  5. The problem for the Left is that the story has gone too wide to bury at this point.

The press should be covering this story with determination and a lot of shoe leather. Instead, they’re covering it with deference and a lot of pillows.

Want to know why people are starting to think this was a hit job and a coverup? Because of the coverup.

They need to come clean. Because if Seth Rich becomes the new Vince Foster, and Middle America becomes convinced that the Democrats will literally KILL for power, the GOP may end up with enough state legislatures in 2019 to call an Article V convention. Keep an eye on Colorado, and possibly Connecticut, here.

Bottom line, the Democrats are between the devil and the deep blue sea on this. They may survive if this case is revealed as just an exceptionally odd murder. But if they keep stonewalling, and this becomes, to the public, a political assassination and multilevel coverup, they’re finished if they lose Colorado or Connecticut in 2018.
