Farah was referring to Rep. Tom MacRrthur, R-N.J., who leads the moderate Tuesday Group. It is unclear whether he can bring enough members of the group along with him to put give the bill the majority it needs in the House.
The legislation was changed in recent days to allow more decisions to be made by the states about implementing aspects of the Obamacare repeal, which could allow moderates concerned about the legislation to claim that changes will not affect their states.
