As of now, I am in control here, in the White House

Woodward: Obama Officials Could Face Criminal Charges

Not saying it will go this way, but this scandal has Watergate potential and could go deep into the Obama White House.

The Washington Post’s Bob Woodward warned on Wednesday that there are people from the Obama administration who could be facing criminal charges for unmasking the names of Trump transition team members from surveillance of foreign officials.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., said earlier that he had briefed Trump on new information, unrelated to an investigation into Russian activities, that suggested that several members of Trump’s transition team and perhaps Trump himself had their identities “unmasked” after their communications were intercepted by U.S. intelligence officials.

The revelation is notable because identities of Americans are generally supposed to remain “masked” if American communications are swept up during surveillance of foreign individuals.

During an interview on Fox News, Woodward said that if that information about the unmasking is true, “it is a gross violation.”

  1. Obama’s eleventh-hour order authorizing mass intel sharing across multiple agencies does start to raise the question of whether he’d seen any of the results of all that surveillance.

What did Obama know, and when did he know it?

And since he decided to hang around DC, there will be plenty of cameras available when King Barry the Wicked finally gets frogmarched.

  2. I’d love to see this go to convictions of officials in the Obama regime but after seeing Comey dodge, weave and deceive a few days ago I doubt anything will come of it. The MSM and the rest of the useful idiots have formed that force shield around the anointed one. The USG is as corrupt as any banana republic.

  3. I think Trump will grow into the office and be an excellent President.

No matter what though. In the short time he has been in office he has done much to expose the corruption and criminality of the Executive, The Congress and the Judicial branches. To the tentacle level.

For that alone I thank him.

What we do with this opportunity is important.

  4. I had the car radio on and heard just a snippet of a report that sounded like Obama had a temper tantrum. Anybody hear about that? Or his reaction to these newest developments.

I am assuming after his one month in Tahiti he will jet off to some other 1% percenters’ resort. To work on his book.
