  1. The crazies better get to bed early this Monday night, because after that announcement at 8 pm they will be at maximum hysteria.

Maybe Trump is meeting with Pharma to arrange a special one day discount on anti anxiety drugs.

  2. Trump fires acting AG after Justice Department staff told not to defend refugee order

President Donald Trump relieved acting Attorney General Sally Yates of her duties Monday night after she directed Justice Department attorneys not to defend Trump’s controversial executive refugee and immigration ban.

Yates, a holdover from the Obama Administration, was replaced as acting attorney general by Dana Boente, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.

White House spokesman Sean Spicer said Yates had “betrayed the Department of Justice by refusing to enforce a legal order designed to protect the citizens of the United States.” The executive order, which Trump signed Friday, temporarily halted the entire U.S. refugee program and banned all entries from seven Muslim-majority nations for 90 days.

Yates said in a memo earlier Monday that she was “not convinced” that Trump’s order was lawful, nor that its defense was consistent with the department’s obligation to “always seek justice and stand for what is right.”

“It is time to get serious about protecting our country. Calling for tougher vetting for individuals travelling from seven dangerous places is not extreme,” Spicer said. “It is reasonable and necessary to protect our country.”

Boente, 62, will lead the Justice Department until Sen. Jeff Sessions, Trump’s nominee for attorney general, is confirmed by the Senate.

  3. 8:30 am || Receives the Presidential Daily Briefing

    ********

This is the first time the PDB is on President Trump’s daily schedule. That must be because Sean Spicer was asked about it today at the press briefing. He was asked whether President Trump is receiving PDB’s and when Spicer replied yes, the reporter asked why the PDB hasn’t been on the daily schedule.

Funny how the WH press corps never seemed interested in whether Obummer was receiving his PDB’s.

  4. The left bullied conservatives for so long, and got used to it. It had become normal to whine, cheat, ignore the rules, and otherwise connive to get their way. Well, now there’s a bigger bully in the white house, and he’s not taking any shite from leftists who put their agendas above the law. Go Trump! MAGA!
