Polls: Hillary Won the Debate, Gets Boost

Polls show that Hillary Clinton won the Democratic debate last week – one poll saying by 54-24 percent – and got a boost in the polls, leading Bernie Sanders now even in New Hampshire, where she had been behind.

Here’s a good rundown.

Bernie of course was trying to show he was a man of principle with this: “The American people are sick and tired of hearing about your damn emails.”

Some noble gesture. Can you imagine if a Republican had erased 30,000 emails? The Bernie Sanders of the world would be demanding jail time, or perhaps, execution.

  1. Well if Obama greenlights Joe’s gold watch, and Uncle Joe picks Princess Lieawatha (Bernie in drag) to run with him — Hil’ has a problem.

  2. Hillary didn’t ‘win’ anything. She has been unopposed – unchallenged by the four stooges standing next to her on the debate stage.

Biden will step in only as an insurance policy. Barring any email or Benghazi catastophies, we are looking at the return of the Arkansas hillbillies.

The headline news for days has been the ridiculous feud between Trump and Jeb! The R’s will never recover from the Trump circus. They deserve to lose! And they will….

    • I think if Uncle Joe announces Lieawatha will be his running mate if nominated Hillary loses.

Also Obama greenlighted Biden and he can greenlight the FBI if Hillary makes two much of a fuss.

Re. Republicans — we’ll see. I do not share your opinion of Trump, but the party is not behaving like adults that’s for sure.

      • Hope you’re right about Biden and Hiawatha. I start hyperventilating at the thought of a prez Hillary. Joe, I can live with. Don’t like the idea of grooming Hiawatha for the next election. Joe said he would only be a one termer.

Regardless of the Dem outcome, I still believe the R’s will lose in a landslide. Could even lose Congress, too.

Trump is incorrigible – a spoiled brat, IMO.

I’ll take Trump over Joe anytime. Obama and Jarrett will dictate every move he makes and Haiwatha will take us so far left, with Obama’s approval.

We would be locked in Socialist without a prayer and lots of unsavory, unfriendly, anassimlatable people in this country.

It’s not just about a Republican/Democrat election –it’s about changing the face of America for years to come. I don’t think we would get it back in my lifetime.

    • Hillary’s appearance before the Gowdy committee is the trigger to Biden’s entry into the race. I think he’s definitely going to run. His ego is too big to let this opportunity go by. More to the point, they’ll be looking at her poll numbers after Gowdy and the committee get done with her. I expect Gowdy, who’s been burned by that dolt McCarthy, will not let her get away from her usual “It’s not my fault. Those other people screwed up” excuses.

The very first questions I would ask Hillary if I were Gowdy would be “Do you really believe that politics is driving this Committee’s investigation into your e-mail issues? Why did you laugh like a mad hyena when asked by Jake Tapper about the work this committee is doing? Is this all just a big joke for you, Mrs. Clinton?”

And that would be just the beginning.

    • Jeb! vs The Donald:
For 7 years, MrObama has blamed PresBush for every mistake, every disaster, everything that has gone wrong and ……nada…..from the Bush camp.
One sentence from MrTrump and they go bonkers. Jeb! started the whole thing by claiming his brother “kept us safe” and opened the door to the 9/11 massacre of thousands of NYers, four planeloads of innocent travelers, and an untold number of Pentagon workers.
      Safe my patootie!

  3. @gracepmc…
Sorry, I must have left the wrong impression about Biden. I would never vote for him, or anyone else on the DEM ticket. He is, IMO, the lesser of 2 evils.
I do, however, believe that Biden has a better shot in the general election than HRC. I don’t see how he can win in the primary though.

I will vote for whoever the GOP candidate is…even Trump.

    • I did misunderstand. Sorry.

You are probably right about Biden and the primary — but I do believe if he could get at least Lieawatha to take a chance and “support”him be might pull it off.

Re. the Rebublicans. I understand that people who dislike Trump really dislike him No problem. What I do not understand is how absolutely childish the RNC and the establishment is about him. As if the Rep Party was a glass menagerie animal and mean old Donald was going to come in smash it.

I caught a thing by Romney tonight on OReilly saying that he would vote for the Republican nominee. But he did not think Trump would be the nominee.

And from that OReilly was suggesting that Mitt was eluding to the possibility of him being the nominee. And I thought — crazee.

      As the world spins.

  4. Oh, yes–she was so compelling with her “I am about to shriek” voice, signature jolly noise, thigh-length tunic, talking pts, and unfunny jokes, I completely forgot her calculation, lies, evasions, and crummy record. It was magical.

  5. I just don’t understand Hillary Clinton. Why can’t she wear a dress or a skirt? What kind of a kooky woman is that? Everyone is better dressed than her on Fox and even CNN and MSNBC and they are just television hosts! And she is running for President and wears casual pants ALL the time? Not like a lady at all. Is it her canckles as they say? Or does she think that she looks more youthful or younger in her ugly pantsuits? People dress for success even for an office job and Hillary Clinton dresses like an old horse RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT? She just looks and acts like an old drunken pig in pantsuits constantly. Something has to be wrong with her mentally from the blood clots in her brain to dress like she does when running for President? You can’t make these things up about her. Unbelievable.
