As of now, I am in control here, in the White House

Video || Planned Parenthood Under Fire

Here’s a great video mashup of the best moments from today’s testimony before the House Oversight Committee by Planned Parenthood President Cecille Richards. Put together by our fantastic staff at LifeZette’s PoliZette, where I am the political editor.

As one of our wags in the office mentioned, shouldn’t it actually be called Unplanned Parenthood?

  1. Anyone who works for PP is without a soul.
Anyone who would defend that despicable organization is the devil himself.
God will have mercy on the souls of those poor children.
I don’t care what he does with the souls of those who murder the innocent.

          • Matthew 7:7-8
            King James Version

7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

        • dhop Years ago. I took a brief walk at lunch while at work. Down the street their was a very young woman walking onto the sidewalk in front of me, going towards a small building. She was crying, I asked if she was OK. All of a sudden two woman started running from the front door of the building telling me to back off. I was on a public side walk. The young woman was not able to answer my question as she walk towards the woman.

          • Lee…After choosing abortion as an answer to my situation (over 40 yrs. ago), I was so remorseful that I made a promise to God NEVER to repeat this awful sin and I had my tubes tied within the month. It was completely a traumatic experience for me.

          • dhop, God loves you.
Remorse/repentance of sin show your love for Him.
            God loves you.
These verses in Lamentations 3:19-26 (KJV) speak to our sin remorse and consequently, our hope:
“Remembering mine affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the gall.
My soul hath them still in remembrance, and is humbled in me.
This I recall to my mind, therefore I have hope.
It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not.
They are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness.”
May God bless you dear. Amen.

    • Here’s a facebook post from a friend who worked for PP in Cali. She is a mother and churchgoer.

“We should ALL be very frightened that the GOP twits that were orchestrating this debacle today are even in office. Cecile Richards has a higher IQ than all of them combined – guaranteed. Oh….and every point that was made in here to defend both PP and Ms. Richards was spot on!

      • she’s the typical superrich liberal who wants everybody to help out the needy (but not in her neighborhood).

She also posted that abortions make up only x% of PP services. That’s like saying Ted Bundy was a great neighbor and helped old ladies cross the street – so we shouldn’t judge him on the x% of people he brutally murdered.

  2. I was shocked hearing that the head of Planned Parenthood is the Daughter of Governot Ann Richards of Texas. Remember her? Where was George fame? He was born with a silver foot his mouth? In Reference to George HW Bush during the 1988 Democratic Convention.

One thing I thought the Republicans on the oversight committee did was show how the Planned Parenthood Corporation gave millions to a PP Superpac which gave 11 million dollars in donations …….100% to Democrats.

  3. I have a question–and I should know this, I guess. I keep posting (elsewhere) that women can still get Obamacare and get their birth control, mammos (which PP refers out anyway), pap smears, etc that way. But do ins cos pay for abortions if docs are willing to perform them–if part of the federal govt did not pay for health care info etc, freeing up money for abortions–could women still get them there or would they really be denied legal “health care” in the form of terminations?
