  1. Getting ready to head into the metropolis for gear and grub.
My Sunday column tomorrow is on the whole Memories Pizza attacks and the media that started it, but I got this link in my inbox and Crowder does a great job of exposing the hypocrisy of attacking one religion and not others and breaking down what RFRA laws are actually all about rather than what the media and the left is pushing:

Have a great weekend all. Look forward to reading the thread upon my return from civilization.

  2. In this Easter season we all pray for peace across the world.
To Lizzy T over on the last thread,….Patriotism is alive and well in this great Country.
I posted this video last week, but it bears repeating.
No matter who is in the WH, the Spirit of America is alive and well as this video will prove.
God Bless the United States of America.

    • Never ever doubt the resiliency of the American Spirit.

America’s ability to pick Herself up from the doldrums of administrations that would attempt to weaken Her has been proven in our history.

America is a great Lady and She will survive.

Conservatives that adhere to the Constitutional principles far outnumber the liberals that would just as soon tear the document apart and dictate their rules to US.

Stand strong Patriots, that ain’t gonna happen.

    • I have watched this video at least 10 times and tear up every time. I am so proud and so unbelievably blessed to have been born in America.

    • Thank you so much, I hope I can view the video now, my computer keeps getting shut down trying to read some the articles on WHD? Thank you again, I hope you are right. Happy Holidays

  3. here’s an interesting read: the WSJ says there are cracks in Jewish support for Democrats/Obama because of how he’s been treating Israel:

    http://www.wsj.com/articles/cracks-appear-in-democratic-jewish-alliance-over-iran-deal-netanyahu-1428097595

my only question is, what the heck took you so long???

I forgive any Jews who voted for Obama the first time. it was probably just too exciting to vote for the first black president. (although I managed to contain myself and not do it.)

but it’s been obvious for many years that Obama is no friend to Israel. so what’s your excuse the second time around?

    • Thanks for the article. They have finally at least questioned something o has done.
I read an article on http://www.drudgereport.com the P of kenya vowed to take harsh measurements against the T.
He used the T. word right off the bat.
Th Interior ministry spokesman used the I word right off the bat.

    • I just read an article on http://www.weaselzippers.us
Congressional Dems from N.Y. have lashed out at o’s admin. deal, arguing that it doesn’t go far enough to block the rogue nation from developing bombs.
A couple of times during the week, I started to mention that I wondered where everyone was at. Now… they are going to come out with comments. These comments should have been made every day, all day by all of them.

    • I think a lot of the democratic Jews don’t care about Israel or their wonderful religion now, they only care about the party (democratic/communist party)and that is their religion now. They think Israel is wrong now in defending their country from Hamas and the Palestinians? Go figure out the turn your back on Israel attitude because you have to be stupid like Obama to want Israel to give up any more of their land after they tried so many times to give the Palestinians 99% of what they wanted and the Palestinians still said no to Israel, they just hate Jews and want them out of there. They are not interested in a nice place for their brethren, all they want to buy is weapons and have wars, consumed by hatred as they have always been for the Jews. Dumb and dumber and so are the dems that turned their back on Israel, a tiny country the size of New Jersey, who only want to survive and live a good life, not like the Palestinians who only hate and fight throughout history. Maybe inbreeding has caused their craziness, probably has.

  5. They really should rename the Easter Egg Roll, because that’s not what it is anymore. It’s the largest event at the WH each year and it’s become nothing but a huge Let’s Move Carnival on the WH lawn.

On Monday, April 6th, 2015, the First Family will host the 137th annual White House Easter Egg Roll. This year’s theme is “#GimmeFive,” and more than 35,000 people will gather on the South Lawn to join in the celebrations. Keeping history alive, the event will feature sports and fitness zones, cooking demonstrations, and Easter classics such as the egg roll and egg hunt, live music and storytelling. In addition to all of the fun, the day’s activities will encourage children to lead healthy, active lives in support of the First Lady’s Let’s Move! initiative.

Tickets for the White House Easter Egg Roll are provided free of charge and are distributed via an online lottery hosted on http://www.recreation.gov. The lottery is now closed.

    White House Keepsake Eggs

This year’s White House Easter Egg Roll features five souvenir eggs. Four of the eggs are painted in festive colors – sea breeze blue, sunburst orange, petunia purple, and spring green. These eggs feature the stamped signatures of the President and First Lady on the back. The fifth egg, the “Bo and Sunny” egg, is a natural American Birchwood egg that is included only in the 2015 5-pack Collector’s Egg Set. This egg has the stamped “signatures” and “paw prints” of Bo and Sunny on the back.

The eggs first became part of the tradition in 1981, when President and Mrs. Ronald Reagan hosted a hunt for wooden eggs that bore the signatures of actors, actresses, famous politicians, and athletes.

  6. What a humongous circus. It’s interesting that they refer to the WH basketball court as “the President’s court”.
