Midtown Manhattan at five – no problem. It’s not as though there’s traffic, people leaving work, going to the theater or dinner.

Obama will speak at the site of the New NY Bridge construction (Tappan Zee Bridge area) to highlight the issue of funding infrastructure projects.

The construction of the $3.9 billion New NY Bridge to replace the Tappan Zee-Malcolm Wilson Bridge is Governor Andrew Cuomo’s major accomplishment during his first term. The project was recently approved for a $1.6 billion federal loan, which is the largest ever awarded under the Transportation Infrastructure and Innovation Act.

One more tidbit… The President’s helicopter is expected to land near the now-closed General Motors plant site, which should make air traffic in NYC just as much fun as Midtown.

OT, but don’t know if you will have a headline for this in the morning: conservative Ben Sasse won the Republican primary for US Senator in Nebraska. One for the good guys!

Wonderful news!

I wonder if the RINOs will chalk it off to some aberration.

If he’s so concerned about global warming, why doesn’t he Skype a fundraiser once in awhile?

Because making the trip, he allows us to pay for his fund-raiser.

Delivers remarks on bs, then head’s to fundraiser.
Gotta admit, Barry has it nailed on having taxpayers foot the bill so he can fly around the country on fundraising sprees.

Is there no end to this man’s hypocrisy?
Today he has the gall to say that enforcing immigration law is not what we should by doing while at the same time we learn his administration has let how many thousands of illegal criminals go?
Now he goes and gives a few remarks so all but the cost of a first class airfare is picked up by the taxpayer and then he’s off to ANOTHER fundraiser? And all the while he’s bashing every business owner, every hard working American that actually provides the money?
There’s more impeachable offenses just in the past week then Nixon ever thought about.

Hide your wallets, New Yorkers. The pickpockets are coming!

Geesh, Michelle was just there a week ago, can’t they plan these things a little better ?

Wednesday’s matinee day on Broadway, many theaters let out about 4-5ish also. Adding to the midtown gridlock of spewing global warming.

Such hypocrisy !

I remember waaaay back to the 1950′s when there was a special Wednesday fare from Phila. to NYC. A whopping $2.75 for the roundtrip. I think it’s around $100 now. AND Amtrak is still being subsidized in the billions since.

Is he staying overnight? The 911 Museum is opening tomorrow….honoring those who lost their lives and the “come back” spirit of America would trump a fund raiser to my way of thinking.

So is he causing his own Bridge-Gate?

Aw, this was an extremely good post. Finding the time and actual effort to make a good article… but what
can I say… I put things off a whole lot and never seem to get nearly anything done.
