  1. OT: to someone who knows
Is he awarding M o H honors moreso than other Presidents or is it that I haven’t been paying attention?

    • Not really. By the time President Bush left office Afghan had just started to get real hot and Iraq had been on for 5 yrs. MoH has to be vetted inside/out, witness statements, interviews and must pass scrutiny all the way up the Chain of command to SecDef. Timely process. He may be the “awarding official” but these acts of extraordinary gallantry begin the administrative process with the service members immediate chain. I.E: Sqd Ldr, Plt Sgt, Plt Cmdr etc………….

  2. The empty suit doesn’t even bother with pretenses anymore. It’s all about his craven lust for TV cameras and photo-ops. He cannot spend a day without lights, cameras, and action. He spends more time in the make-up chair than in the Oval office. No more purple lips!

    • The Reason.tv video Keith posted downstairs is a good look at selling the Obama Brand to win hearts and minds. Instead of a President and Leader, we get a P.T. Barnum sideshow character!

      • I watched that revealing piece earlier.
The photograph on the Rosa Parks bus is an insult to her memory. He even attempted to get into a “pose.”
A Wall Street Journal writer refers to his helpers as teenagers. I agree.

  3. Since he has time on his hands why doesn’t our Rogue in Chief saunter over to yet another one of his rogue agencies, the EPA where the IG has stated that he is not getting any cooperation. Nice being on the taxpayers payroll and not even having to ever report what you are doing — . Kinda has a Lois Lerner feel to it. And check out the part where a woman ran a retail operation, employed several people as “interns” and also received a $35,000 award. Rogue Agencies in a rogue administration.

    From the article:
The EPA OIG’s Office of Investigations is being impeded from fulfilling its responsibilities by actions of the EPA’s internal Office of Homeland Security (OHS), a unit within the Office of the Administrator. OHS is overseen by Gwendolyn Keyes Fleming, who serves as Chief of Staff to Administrator Gina McCarthy.

The administration is filthy with rogues and corruption and absolute refusal to be accountable. Power hungry greedy little ne’er do wells who would never make it on the “outside”. Except of course for the retail scum owner who brought the “outside”, “inside”.

And we didn’t even get a tee shirt.

    • Remember Jeff Neely (2012), the government official photographed living it up in a hot tub at a Las Vegas conference? FOIA requests found several GSA conferences have no record of spending — no receipts and no way to account for the cost associated with travel and conference spending.

The cost to taxpayers was $3.6 million not including taxpayer money wasted on 14,000 vacant or underused properties that GSA oversees.

    • So sad, our whole government is corrupt or filled with unqualified former “campaign people” to run our country.

Not just the Dems, the GOP’s letting it happen.

      • Waste and fraud are almost synonymous with governments. I get that. What I find really really appalling is all these bureaucrats and wanna be third world dictators who do not believe they have to answer for what they do or how they do it. There is more protection for them then there is for the citizens.

  4. When I see such glaring gaps in Prezzy’s schedule I smell the perpetual campaign is rolling on with dialing for dollars or doing damage control over recent failed policies.

I’m sure Trey Gowdy’s forcing Obama to spend more time with his new WH counsel these days too ;)
