  1. I just read an article about a t.v. pitchman duping his customers now he’s going to jail for 10 years.

How is this not different than Obama pitching Obamacare ? He’s selling us a faulty “product” too isn’t he? At least the t.v. guy didn’t force his product on people with a law, they chose to believe the pitch and bought on their own free will.

Let the buyer beware ! I know I’m not going to buy a beauty product from a magazine ad represented by young women professionally made up, photoshopped and air brushed. Or shop for clothes based on a size 0 model. Or heaven forbid, ask my doctor for a drug because the people in the ads sure seem happy!

  2. Romney nailed it well. I hope he sent of copy to O.
He forgot to mention one point others have stated. O has to understand that he can’t have everyone be is best friend, as the Pres.
He needs to put his foot down! That is when he is dealing with his children from time to time, or in foreign affairs.

  3. So 6 million lost their plans (so far) and 5 million signed up–what does this mean–approaching break-even, not counting population increases, and many with new plans broke and furious. Somehow this doesn’t sound positive.

    • I’d like to know just how many people signed up that didn’t have insurance. Many that signed up for Ocare were previously insured but their plans were cancelled.

      • I could be mistaken, but I think I heard 11% of uninsured went for this so far. Have they paid the premium, who knows. This was all about the uninsured and uninsurable (difference). Yet–they will be always with us as everyone else limps along under confiscatory rates or diminished services.

      • Supposedly DHHS has the breakdowns but are afraid to post them. It’s funny all you hear is positive #’s but no sources. And when a real source is provided, a little fact checking shows the numbers are not even close. But they still use them, doesn’t matter if it’s the WH, DHHS, or even the media (MSNBC and CNN are the worst). Maybe their using common core math?

        • They won’t and will claim they don’t have to and if you attempt using FOIA, you’ll find out there was a rewrite or more aptly reLEFT. More at the Washington Examiner.

          Here’s a snip from the article….
The rewrite came in an April 15, 2009, memo from then-White House Counsel Greg Craig instructing the executive branch to let White House officials review any documents sought by FOIA requestors that involved “White House equities.”

That phrase is nowhere to be found in the FOIA, yet the Obama White House effectively amended the law to create a new exception to justify keeping public documents locked away from the public.
