  1. The citizens do not want a delay regarding Lerner.
    Hold her in comtempt.
It is terrible if this gets delayed.
Issa’s behavior, I understand he had the right to stop the hearing. The behavior of Lerner is shameful. The Dems who are not brave enough to want this resolved as well.

    • Agree with you, Lee. Unfortunately, there is no urgency to get to the bottom of the IRS targeting among the Republican leadership. The GOP establishment wants to get rid of the Tea Party just as much, if not more so, than the Democrats.

Right after his tough talking, gun toting speech at CPAC, McConnell said of the Tea Party in a NYT interview, “I think we are going to crush them everywhere. I don’t think they are going to have a single nominee anywhere in the country.” That statement just reinforces my opinion that the Republican leadership won’t do anything to help the Tea Party out because they see us as a greater threat to their power and influence; more of a threat than their fellow statists from across the aisle.

      • I was unaware of his comment.
Crush is a foul word to use. He could instead ramble how much he would love to conserve our Constitution, etc.
If he was discussing criminals, etc. Foul woud have been a proper word.

  2. Yes, Cruz disagrees with Paul on foreign policy – libertarians prefer isolationism and conservatives support “peace through strength” – but that wasn’t the most important part of his interview in my opinion. Cruz’s promise to “repeal every single word of Obamacare” was the highlight of his CPAC speech and even the loyalist scribe, Jonathan Karl, couldn’t make him back off that promise.

  3. Obamacare = Income Redistribution. Obamacare has little to do with health care and everything to do with redistribution of wealth. And, the unions are now catching on to this after years of supporting Obama and the democrats who shoved this law on the american people.

Why else would the cost of purchasing of a health insurance policy be based solely on Income Level if not for the purpose of redistributing wealth? The more money you make, through hard work, bonuses and overtime, the more you must pay in the form of healthcare premiums under Obamacare.

It is how much money you make, not your lifestyle, that determines how much you pay in premiums for Obamacare.

Why else are singles, those couples without children or those who have raised their children being forced to purchase policies requiring pediatric healthcare, dental and vision?

Why are single men, women over the child bearing ages, or those who have made the decision not to have children being forced to purchase coverage for childbirth and lactation devices?

As the unions are now discovering, Obamacare is costly…..our monthly premiums will increase $700 a month for a comarable policy in January 2015…..we don’t need pediatric care as our children are over the age of 18 and we don’t need child birth coverage but are being forced to pay for these services in the form of higher premiums. We’d rather take that additional $700/month and use it to meet our own health care and pharmacy needs, or use it to shore up our retirement account or maybe use the money to upgrade some of our well used household items after 30 years of marriage. Instead, we are being forced to subsidize Obamacare.

I am most displeased and will cast my VOTE accordingly.
