  1. Uncle Sam wants You(r) Money! Now that the FEDS are talking ‘taper’, your govt. is looking to borrow $$$ from the poor and middle class! China – out; American workers – in.
I will keep my savings under the mattress before I give it to these crooks!

“I will direct the Treasury to create a new way for working Americans to start their own retirement savings: MyRA. It’s a new savings bond that encourages folks to build a nest egg. MyRA guarantees a decent return with no risk of losing what you put in.”

  2. I just read the article that Keith provided by Wall Street Journal.
Included: There can be no liberty where the legislation & executive powers are united in the same person, or body of magistrates.
America Founding Fathers took this warning to heart, we should to.

    • I had a wonderful day of snow and ice covering the ground and roofs yesterday. We closed the schools and all the above ground bridges on interstate as well. That was a smart move. I looked at the news this morning about what happened in Atlanta.
I am from Louisiana the freezing weather and snow and ice are nice for a couple of days. I prefer our typical weather of cold one day and warm enough the next for shorts.

  3. I appreciate the article by Ted Cruz. When is everyone else, incuding going to be brave enough to state the same thingl.
I believe some Reps in office are keeping quite, so they don’t look tough. They are thinking of the next election. I feel they can just wash all this away when Rep Pres. is back in office. I feel they are not doing their job. They should all be ranting and raving about this O man. That includes the Dems. They are far more irresponsible. None of them were elected to allow one man to do everything his way or the highway.
In history all forms of government where they promised the people all kinds of things. That government failed.
Excuse my bad language: @*^^ or get off the Pot.
That is how most children are taught. You made your bed, now lie in it.
Read, study because you will be own your own when you grow up.
Now we have this person telling everyone that the government is going to do for them. He is an insult to our intelligence.
One last note: Maybe we should just let him play golf all day long for the next several years. On the other hand that may not do any good, I feel their is someone, behind him thinking of all these things he has been a part of, pulling the strings.

  4. Ted Cruz’s article was excellent, a rational and reasoned response to Barry’s imperial actions. Sadly, the majority of the comments below the article were very disheartening.

    • It was an excellent article. I can understand the leftist/establishment WSJ commenters. Wall Street loves the big government spenders who are propping up the stock market to the tune of $85 billion per month, so they bury their head in the sand rather than recognize tyranny. To do so might derail their gravy train. Of course the laws of economics will force them to pay attention – probably sooner rather than later.
