  1. I wonder if he and the prime minister of Pah-kee-stahn are gonna’ talk about the big chunk of change we’re quietly giving his nation. It’s somewhere around $1.6 billion. To fight the Taliban.

  2. Time to drop by the Hill and check out the closed door Democrat only/HHS meeting? Or maybe the economy and all those new jobs are just so overwhelming that he and Jack will need lots of time.

    • Aren’t there meetings with insurance execs, too.
That’s got to be an unhappy bunch. They’re about to lose everything because of someone’s incompetence, and other than, um, voice their displeasure, there’s not a dang thing they can do about it.

”another one bites the dust, and another one under the bus……

      • I don’t know about the other meetings. From everything I can see — behind closed doors all manner of things happen. And voicing your objection today in America — no matter who you are — brings the heavy boot of the government right down on the neck. It’s pervasive.

I do know that HHS is meeting with Dems only. Boehner bravely objected to this “snub”. Now there’s a man who values his neck.

      • hey insurance companies did this on their own.
they could have worked with government to make changes before it got to this.

and then they approved of obamacare.

so they slept in this bed and made the sheets.

  3. OT. Appears you can be fired! if you are a WH official who anonymously tweets snark about the inner circle to the elite of WDC. But you can not be fired if you use an IRS anonymous private email to communicate. You would think it is the different in technology–tweet vs email or fb. I suspect it’s because some of the tweets said not so nice thing about President Valerie.

Oh yeah and some of the journolists thought this guy’s tweets were nasty. Pot, Kettle, White.

  4. One thing I’m sure will be discussed is the continuation of drone strikes.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday urged the United States to end drone attacks as Amnesty International warned that civilian-killing strikes could constitute war crimes.

Sharif, who will meet President Barack Obama on Wednesday, called for warmer ties with the United States and offered Pakistan’s assistance in Afghanistan as US forces prepare to withdraw next year.

But Sharif said that the unmanned strikes — which penetrate extremist havens deep in Pakistan’s most lawless areas — represented a “major irritant” in relations.

    • I wonder if Amnesty International wants FCMABBHO’s Peace Prize rescinded. Gee, even people in other nations are mocking his transparency. Ya’ know, if this were happening under a Republican president, Code Pink would be occupying the National Mall.

The report, titled “‘Will I be next’ US drone strikes in Pakistan”, is one of the most comprehensive studies to date of the US drone programme from a human rights perspective. It documents recent killings in Pakistan’s tribal areas and the almost complete absence of transparency around the US drone programme. “Secrecy surrounding the drones programme gives the US administration a licence to kill beyond the reach of the courts or basic standards of international law. It’s time for the USA to come clean about the drones programme and hold those responsible for these violations to account,” said Mustafa Qadri, Amnesty International’s Pakistan Researcher.

    • “Sharif, who will meet President Barack Obama on Wednesday, called for warmer ties with the United States and offered Pakistan’s assistance in Afghanistan as US forces prepare to withdraw next year.”

Anyone who believes anything that comes out of the mouth of a Pakistani, is seriously deluded. This is just a ploy for more money, more money, more and more and more money……

    • The American people always take it in the shorts when it comes to “bargaining” with Preezy’s Muslim Brotherhood comrades. He’ll bargain with despots, but not with Republicans.
