How spiritual of MrObama to meet with religious leaders to talk about immigration. Maybe they can all pray that the thousands of criminal illegal aliens that his administration set loose on the public have learned their lesson and will return to Mexico as model citizens.

it would also be informative if he could meet with the union representatives of the Border Patrol agents, and the several Southwestern sheriffs who are on the front lines of our border safety. He could also ask the Cororner of Tuscon in for some insight into what he plans to do with the hundreds of unidentified bodies found in the harsh deserts of Arizona that are sitting in his morgue.

Not Nabob March 7, 2013 at 11:10 pm

You’re asking a bit much for his Most Arrogance to waste his precious time with people who actually do the dirty work.. And whom are these religious leaders? Any Christians in the bunch?

GWShrub March 8, 2013 at 8:31 am

Religious leaders. Hmm, lemme see…..Perhaps Al Schmuckton, Jesse Jerkson, Jeremiah Wrong……….

gracepmc March 8, 2013 at 10:43 am

Jesse unavailable – part of official US delegation to Hugo’s funeral.

gracepmc March 8, 2013 at 10:56 am

Not official US delegation. Sorry. Part of the all important PUSH/Rainbow coalition.

Sadie March 7, 2013 at 11:05 pm

WOW – a busy, full and meaningful morning – I mean mine not his.

srdem65 March 8, 2013 at 12:44 am

How interesting that you would mention your busy day. If yours is anything like mine, it takes at least an hour, maybe more, to get my “daily briefing” as I peruse all of the news sites on the ‘net after an hour or so of watching TV news.

The meeting with my “senior advisors” on Monday suggested that I avoid red meat, try a glass of wine at bedtime, and exercise more.

There also was a meeting of sorts with a religious leader last Sunday, and I’m planning to attend another one soon.
It’s almost like I’m presidential.

And.. OMG, conduct major work on a Friday? Noooo, you know he is jonesing for some golf.. I heard a rumor he is planning to change the Press room into a miniature indoor golf course since it has been going unused as of late.

Girly1 March 8, 2013 at 1:18 am

Now that the Palace has been closed to the riff-raff, Barackalypse can rattle around doing his usual ‘nothing’ all day….without interruption. How convenient that he scheduled his immigration mtg. just before the royal lunch hour. At least it will give BO and MO the rest of the afternoon to finish plans on their upcoming Martha’s Vineyard blow-out Easter vacay! Heck, he could even score more points by taking a few more RINOS to dinner! McAmnesty and McGraham are already in the bag for immigration (reform?)…things are looking up!

GWShrub March 8, 2013 at 8:28 am

HOW MUCH MONEY is being saved by stopping the WH tours? According to Charles K. the Grifter-in-Chief’s expenses for his golfing trip with Tiger would pay for the tours for an entire YEAR! What a bunch of horse-hockey!

Star March 8, 2013 at 11:09 am

Eric Bolling of THE FIVE and Sean Hannity have offered to pay for the tours…I wonder if anything will come of it.

Swedishlady March 8, 2013 at 2:36 am

Young Pauls achievement was simply marvellous. It was a great effort to restrict this untrustworthy Presidents abuse of power. Something important happened, didnĀ“t it ? Another crack in the wall.

Susan March 8, 2013 at 10:03 am

Yes Swedishlady, something important happened when Senator Rand Paul, on his own, took a stand against tyranny. It was like “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” come to life. We Americans have always rooted for the underdog, and there were millions of us – Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, conservative, and liberal – who were cheering him on as he spoke about individual rights, liberty and freedom. One by one he was joined by other Republican senators and one Democrat who helped share his burden. Late in the night House Republicans filled the audience to offer their moral support, until he finally yielded the floor to applause almost 13 hours into the filibuster. Senator Paul was able to declare victory the next day when he received his answer, a letter from the corrupt AG Holder that the president doesn’t “have the authority to use a weaponized drone to kill an American not engaged in combat on American soil”. With his filibuster, Senator Paul showed us what strength and leadership looks like and he scored a great victory for liberty.

Julie Brueckheimer March 8, 2013 at 10:47 am

It showed too, in spite of what the liberal press has been saying over and over again, that Americans on both sides are not indifferent but concerned about the erosion of our Constitution and thirsting for a leader to come forward.

Julie Brueckheimer March 8, 2013 at 10:42 am

He’s now seriously considering running in 2016, and there’s a good chance he will win. If Lindsey Graham is challenged by a true conservative next year, there’s a good chance he or she will win too.

Regina March 8, 2013 at 4:41 am

another day working hard and doing what matters most to save this country.

Car in March 8, 2013 at 8:01 am

He’s trying to avoid the optics of flying out on AF1.

Although I’m sure he’s dying to get out. This sequester is going to be very hard on him. lol.

ImNoDhimmi March 8, 2013 at 8:41 am

What, specifically, do religious leaders have to do with immigration?

gracepmc March 8, 2013 at 10:08 am

I find this worrisome – most Christian – evangelicals and Catholic – I am RC – have that whole social Justice, charity thing that leans them toward immigration. As a Catholic it drives me bats – :)

gracepmc March 8, 2013 at 10:11 am

What I meant was leans toward compassion for the poor-downttrodden etc – legal or illegal.

Lizzy March 8, 2013 at 9:54 am

Well surprise surprise we’ve had Bin Laden’s son-in-law for over a week. Not
in Gitmo but NYC! Heard Lindsay blithering a minute ago about how wrong
this was to sneak him to a civil trial in NYC. Well had you not been so busy dining with BO you might have been paying more attention. If they can sneak
this guy in what on God’s green earth are they doing that we are also unaware of truly scary. GOP wake up!

Michael W. Stewart March 8, 2013 at 10:06 am

“Religious leaders” = liberal, leftist Roman Catholics, anti-Semitic Episcopalians (ECUSA) and pro-Hamas Muslims.

Having lived in Seattle I attended several “interfaith dialogues”: Israel was evil and the enemy of the world; capitalism should be replaced with a neo-social Marxist construct; “social justice committees” within the Catholic-Episcopal churchs were linked to “Palestinian justice” (terrorism) and every 60′s reject (oddly, atheists) headed up each Interfaith committee that made up this mess.

The President surrounds himself with left-wing religious zealots dedicated to the overthrow of the very ideals we strive to improve: familes, schools, work, social life, friendship.

There is no difference (in my book) between a “social justice Episcopalian” and a Palestinian terrorist with an AK47. I watched at my church as educated, rich liberal family members filled out checks to be sent to “Palestinian relief” (AK47′s, C4, timefuses, explosives) with cheer and joy. The hatred leftists have for Israel is simply unparalleled.

Sadie March 8, 2013 at 1:27 pm

MWS. Well said.

“Interfaith dialogues” wrapped in a burkah and disguised as Duban I -III. A pox on all their house.

James Riman March 8, 2013 at 10:27 am

I would like to know how much Mailia’s trip to New York City over the weekend. Did Obama pay for that or we the taxpayer? I noticed she didn’t follow mother’s eating advice, dining on shrimp, lobster and all kinds of BAD food. Must be nice to a princess.

Voice of Reason March 21, 2013 at 1:33 pm

Note to Not Nabob:

Take a look at the list ( It was almost exclusively Christian. (By the way, it’s “who are” (predicate nominative), not “whom are.”
