Jay doesn’t provide any information so, clearly, the description of “Briefing” is not accurate. How about “Show” as in a comedy routine?

  2. News reports this morning reported Barry has weighed in on the NHL lockout. Is there anything he doesn’t have the compulsion to flap his gums about? I would have thought he had much more important things with which to concern himself, like the 25 parties at the White House, or his upcoming, hard earned vacation.

      • Robin H,

No and no. Democrats are impervious to shame, seeing as how they believe they are our “betters” and their supporters just know “Republicans are racists, and it’s George Bush’s fault”, so no resignation; As for getting their stories straight, Democrats don’t even bother to lie convincingly any more. All of them, from Bammy on down keep getting caught in untruths (Susan Rice being a particuarly shining example), and it just doesn’t matter. I refer you back to “Republicans are racist, and it’s George Bush’s fault”.

In short, it is not possible to shame someone who has no sense of shame; and the lies are just fun for them now – kind of a game to see if they continue to get away with everything, so no need for collaboration on corroboration.

        Four more years!

        Feh.

  3. Sooo good to hear the negotiations on the “fiscal cliff” are complete, everything is settled and the “crisis” averted.

How does a mere mortal keep up with this sort of pace? Must be utterly exhausted at the end of a week of politicing, especially one that is capped off with a burdensome schedule like this one.

  4. I just checked the WX report for the DC area for the weekend, looks like a Saturday golf outing in his future. Gotta brush up on his putting before vacation.

  5. I am completely horrified by that CT shooting spree–little chjildren two weeks before Christmas. This is an evil, evil world! Sometimes it takes all my courage to be in it.
