OMG!!! (To use the parlance of the young today) You can tell it’s election time because Obama is actually doing something on a weekend.

There was a time when Saturdays were spent golfing, and Sundays at church (okay, maybe not the last one, unless he was looking for a photo-op).

The upside of his constant travels over the next two months is that the WH maintenance staff will finally have time to get all the scuff marks off the Resolute Desk.

SnarkEsq. September 8, 2012 at 1:33 pm

Not only is he at in rallies in Seminole and Kissimmee, Florida today, but tomorrow he has rallies in Melbourne and West Palm Beach. An entire weekend in Florida at rallies, while Biden is campaigning in Ohio on Saturday and Sunday.

Meanwhile, Moochelle is back at our WH pouring over travel info trying to decide on what luxurious vacation(s) she will be demanding as a reward for all their hard “work” once this is over.

Who’s eating dinner at 6:30 with Sasha and Malia, or that is strictly a M-F thing and they fast on the weekends.

SnarkEsq. September 8, 2012 at 6:38 pm

Dinner with the family is only used as an excuse to get out of actually doing any presidential work, you know, like when he wants to dump Netanyahu and leave him standing around in the Oval Office:

no golf?

Sadie September 8, 2012 at 12:14 pm

He’s got quite a bit of lag time between appearances. I doubt if they’re driving the 80 miles.

Secret meetings with big money donors?

Just2old September 8, 2012 at 11:40 am

Funny; St. Petersburg College – Seminole Campus, St. Petersburg, Florida
in which the whole area is filled with “blue hairs”….and they like Paul Ryan and his Mom.

Jeff1000 September 8, 2012 at 11:43 am

Hasn’t this joke of a “president” repeated the same old lies enough?

We get it already! You’re an incompetent liar and the democrats don’t care.

At the very least Obama should either fabricate some new lies or just stay on the golf course so the taxpayers can save a few bucks.

Now that the “white house” is in full campaign mode, it would be interesting if Keith would also post MrRomney’s schedule.

Susan September 8, 2012 at 12:26 pm

I like that idea, srdem.

SnarkEsq. September 8, 2012 at 1:36 pm

It’s a great idea. I check Lynn Sweet’s blog regularly and she only posts Romney’s schedule sometimes. When she does, I always have to laugh at the early start times for Rommey and Ryan, on the same day that BHO starts hours later.

Sadie September 8, 2012 at 12:22 pm

Keith, Obama has ceased delivering “remarks” – I believe they’re officially classified as either “snarks” or “resnarks”.

Obummer is scheduled to return to the WH after 8 pm Sunday evening. After a weekend of campaigning, they have “meetings at the WH” on the schedule for Monday, which usually means he’s taking it easy. Congress is back in session Monday, but he’ll still be doing little this week and hitting the road to campaign.

On the bright side for Moochelle, this is the last year she has to fake her way through caring about 9/11.

Schedule for the Week of September 10, 2012

On Monday, the President will attend meetings at the White House.

On Tuesday, to mark the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, the President, the First Lady and White House staff will gather on the South Lawn of the White House Tuesday morning to observe a moment of silence. Later that morning, the President and First Lady will travel to the Pentagon Memorial. In the afternoon, the President will travel to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and visit with wounded warriors who are being treated at the hospital and their families.

On Wednesday, the President will travel to Las Vegas, Nevada and Denver, Colorado for campaign events. The President will remain overnight in Denver, Colorado.

On Thursday, the President will travel to Arvada, Colorado. The President will return to the White House in the evening.

On Friday, the President and First Lady will welcome the 2012 U.S. Olympic and Paralympic teams to the White House to honor their participation and success in this year’s Olympic and Paralympic Games in London.

Keith: I ran across this article via Instapundit and fell off my chair:
Surprise! HHS pilot program to send 2 million poor seniors from Medicare into … voucher programs
http://hotair.com/archives/2012/09/08/surprise-hhs-pilot-program-to-send-2-million-poor-seniors-from-medicare-into-voucher-programs/

Bet Obama isn’t campaigning about THIS in Florida.

Girly1 September 8, 2012 at 3:43 pm

Good catch, 65andcounting! The hypocrisy/furtiveness of the Obama regime knows no bounds! Not a word about this bombshell 2 nights ago in Charlotte. They obviously have been planning this pilot program for some time now – all the while demonizing Paul Ryan for throwing seniors under the bus. Ryan’s plan makes the voucher system OPTIONAL – these sneaky b**t**ds are leaving it up to the poorest and most vulnerable to opt out on their own. Hoping, of course, that they won’t figure out that they have a choice.

R2 needs to get all over this! Where are they???

65andcounting September 8, 2012 at 4:14 pm

I tweeted the Romney camp about this and suggested they get an ad campaign ASAP. Maybe Keith could tweet it to Tapper and Chuck Todd and Fox News – he has more credibility/visibility than I.

Julie Brueckheimer September 8, 2012 at 6:05 pm

I also just e-mailed the RNC and told them that I haven’t seen any ads on Obamacare and that they are dropping the ball on this. Maybe there have been ads, but I’m not in a swing state and don’t watch TV anyway. However, I go to YouTube for the latest Republican ads and haven’t seen one on Obamacare.

Sadie September 8, 2012 at 6:12 pm

I live in gun totin’-bible hugging Pa. and have yet to see one ad on tv. I realize there’s plenty of time to flood the market with ads, but they really need to get in zingers way before the debates on a regular basis.

SnarkEsq. September 8, 2012 at 6:45 pm

According to Jennifer Rubin’s Washington Post column:

The Romney-Ryan camp, I was told, has expensive ground games in these states, (Wisconsin and Michigan), as well as in Pennsylvania.

Rubin’s column has the ground game stats from Romney’s spokesperson and she concludes:

We will, I strongly suspect, see an ad barrage in these states soon.

If the Obama camp and its spinners think the map is shrinking for Romney-Ryan, they are mistaken. Given the success of the Republican National Convention in boosting Mitt Romney’s image and the egg President Obama laid last night, expect the Romney-Ryan campaign to be launching a widespread ad offensive. It has money to spend and it is going to use it.

Bank loans, defaulted automobile financing, unpaid rent, IRS taxes owed, and delinquent medical bills are typical examples
of unsecured debt that could be managed properly by debt counselors.
People should handle bad debt consolidation loan loans as soon as they build up quite a bit in debt and usually do not
find any alternative solutions. This notion refers to all industries and businesses, including debt relief companies.
