  1. A cable news show presented segments of MrO’s and MrR’s speeches today. The contrast between the two was stark; MrO was almost sneering at how MrR was planning to take women back to the 50’s and MrR was discussing the economy and how important it is that we make substantial changes to our fiscal house. MrO yells at his audience, shouts short phrases waiting for the cheers while MrR speaks in a moderate tone.

    • What is interesting about this is that if Romney were taking a different approach (say – Obama’s approach this election cycle) we’d have analyst after analyst telling us how his tone is all wrong. He shouldn’t go negative. He’s doing EXACTLY what “the experts” have told him to do.

And Obama is still neck and neck. I weep. WHile he’s being nasty. After he was going to set a “new tone” and no one gives a crap that it was all a lie.

  2. Hopefully, the evening news is off-limits to the Obama daughters, srdem. At least Romney’s five boys and his lovely wife can be proud of him regardless of the election outcome. Malia and Sasha are probably going to end up in therapy for the rest of their lives.

    • and then off to Chicago for his birthday parties. I wonder if Uncle Joe Biden will come along dressed as a sheriff to conduct pony rides?
