President Obama headed out at midday today to play golf. Its his tenth time playing this year and the 102nd outing of his presidency.
It’s a little hot today at Fort Belvoir, where Obama is playing, but not prohibitively so, with the temperature expected to stay at about its current level of 90 degrees.
However, in church, the temperature is a nice cool 72 degrees. But alas, the president skipped the cozy climate of The Lord’s House once again.
One golfer of note is along for the day. In addition to his usuals – White House aide Marvin Nicholson and U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk – Obama is also playing with White House Senior Adviser David Plouffe, his chief political operative.
