As of now, I am in control here, in the White House

Boy, This is Getting Old

From the White House Council of Economic Advisers Chairman:

The Employment Situation in May

Posted by Alan B. Krueger on June 1, 2012 at 9:34AM EDT

Problems in the job market were long in the making and will not be solved overnight.  The economy lost jobs for 25 straight months beginning in February 2008, and over 8 million jobs were lost as a result of the Great Recession.  We are still fighting back from the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression . . .

There is much more work that remains to be done to repair the damage caused by the financial crisis and deep recession that began at the end of 2007.

At what point does this guy lose his job?

Maybe Kreuger can get a job as a comedian! Except, most comedians come up with some new jokes every now and then.

  1. All that is missing is a final sentence like “Join our campaign to give President Obama the time he needs to finish the job by contributing $3 or whatever you can…..”

  2. Its a good thing the ‘main stream media’ (RE: Obama sycophants) will ‘gloss over’ these “Employment numbers” and just explain it all away; because its NOT ‘Pres.’ Obama’s ‘fault’…

    • LMAO!
Imagine if the WH “press corps” or “MSM” dared to challenge the Obama WH about these ’employment numbers’…?
What would happen if someone asked the Obama WH some REAL-FACT BASED questions…?

  3. “At what point does this guy lose his job?” – Hopefully on November 6th, along with BO, Biden, Holder, Hillary…

    WASHINGTON POST, APRIL 23, 2010:

Vice President Biden predicted Friday at a Pennsylvania fundraiser that the U.S. economy would be adding up to 500,000 jobs each month “some time in the next couple of months.”

“All in all we’re going to be creating somewhere between 100[,000] and 200,000 jobs next month, I predict,” Biden said, according to a pool report, adding that he “got in trouble” for a job growth prediction last month. “Even some in the White House said, ‘Hey, don’t get ahead of yourself.’ Well, I’m here to tell you, some time in the next couple of months, we’re going to be creating between 250,000 jobs a month and 500,000 jobs a month.”

    • VP Biden should be adding a few jobs (waiters, cooks, staff, etc.) to the ‘economy’ this weekend in Delaware when his (party girl… ‘alleged’ -LOL) daughter gets married in Wilmington, DE…

    • Actually, Biden may really know what is going to happen. He may have inadvertently leaked the fact that the Labor Department, which has been revising the unemployment numbers it releases each week downward for quite some time, has been chastised and now plans to revise the numbers upward to show job growth of between 250,000 and 500,000 jobs a month.

  4. Team O is just getting started, if they somehow manage to win in November these days will just be a fond recollection. The second term will be much, much worse. After all, he’ll be free of that pesky re-election thing.

  5. Obviously there’s never any mention of the damage caused by the Obama administration’s policies. What about Obamacare, the Keystone pipeline, EPA regulations, Dodd-Frank, 16 trillion dollars of debt, soaring gas prices? How is any of this the recession’s or George Bush’s fault?

  6. Keith….Rush just mentioned the WH Dossier and your post on Obama’s 6 fundraisers! I bet he gets a lot of his show prep from you….

  7. I watch Pennsylvania TV. Obama is running his “Forward” ads. One is a short one which shows a bar chart which shows unemployment staring with Bush and then shows his which goes up. The ad claims he has created 4.2 million jobs and ends with a photo of Obama at the White House and his saying “I approve this message.” The up bars showing job gains are colored blue. I wonder if his campaign will still run the ad if it starts to have red bars?

When I see this ad I mentally divide 4.2 million into the $789 billion stimulus money. His way is a costly way to create jobs. Of course, there is no way to measure job not created by his policies. Just image what would happen if projects like Keystone were approved.

  8. Goebbels, the original minister of propaganda once said,”If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

Alan B. Krueger won’t be fired – he is just performing his duties as a loyal comrade in the politburo. Problem for the State – a growing number of Americans no longer believe them. Thanks to patriots like Rush Limbaugh, conservative talk shows, reporters like Keith and the new media, we know the truth…and by spreading the truth to everyone we know, we will defeat them.

    • …yes, but what about the masses of the ignorant who ‘voted’ for Obama…
They follow the cess-pool that is the “mainstream media” and the “media” tells them to vote for Obama

  9. DATELINE, Minnesota, June 1, 2012

Obama, with a stroke of genius, matched by his glibness and knowledge of economics, the obvious and furnaces said: “We’re not creating them {jobs} as fast as we want”. He then proceeded to blame Europe’s economy, gas prices and the old standby, Congress, for not passing a bill. He summoned up all his courage and asked for the usual: raising taxes on the wealthy and middle class families suggesting …. “Maybe someone will be replacing some thingamajig for their furnace [with the extra money]”.

Hellooo…Barack, we’re sending our money to the GOP to replace the current “thingamajig” in the WH.

  10. Kreuger is correct From April till June 2009 GDP was shrinking as never happen in the history…of USA by 4 billions per month.Nobody could overcome such numbers. When Bush became President GDP was shrinking by only 50 billion per month.Compare to challenge ,which Obama faced it was nothing. In Obama world- 4 much much larger number than 50.
