  1. Hmmm … having had 11:45 dangled before me, I’m now being asked to hang around until 1 pm.

And in the end all I will get is a chance to see the infuriating carney barker spew skewed tap-dancing comments.

  2. Carney on the Sandra Fluke controversy – “He wanted to express his disappointment that she has been the subject of inappropriate personal attacks,” Carney said. Why is it that personal attacks are only inappropriate when directed at LIBERAL private citizens, but Obama’s campaign manager, Jim Messina, and other Democrats can target the Koch brothers, i.e. CONSERVATIVE private citizens, and there is no mention of hypocrisy? Rush’s language was inappropriate and reprehensible but it doesn’t mean POTUS needs to get on his soapbox and try to say that personal attacks against liberals are out of bounds but attacks against conservatives are ok (if not encouraged)…”The pundits like to slice-and-dice our country into Red States and Blue States…We are one people, all of us pledging allegiance to the stars and stripes, all of us defending the United States of America.” -Sen. Barack Obama, 2004

    • As Rush just said–is “the president” going to give Bill Maher’s $1 million contribution back since Mr. Maher said really reprehensible things about Sarah Palin –calling her a c**t — among other things? I guess it is ok to call Ms. Palin really vile things as much as you want if you’re a Democrat.

    • I’m a woman…and I’m NOT OKAY MR PRESIDENT! Thanks to YOUR economy I can’t afford ANYTHING…when will I get my phone call?

Carney’s presser I know is over…but did the stenographers in Press Corps audience get his Gucci loafers wet again (as they just slobber at his feet and lap this stuff up)?

    • Carney is reflecting again. Rush said nothing inappropriate or reprehensible in my opinion. He was just being refreshingly honest…
“Well, what would you call someone who wants us to pay for her to have sex? What would you call that woman? You’d call ’em a slut, a prostitute or whatever.”
I agree with him. I sure don’t want to have to pay for this slut to have sex.

Can’t believe that Obama actually called this Democrat plant on the phone to inquire about her. Did he ever inquire about the well-being of any of the next of kin of the six soldiers who were murdered by terrorists after the Koran burning? My guess would be no.

        • You don’t think his comments disrespected women–if she gets free BC she should put her sex tape on the internet? Come on, that was crawly. Period. In my opinion, of course. Now I need a shower. Of course, she has hurt herself more than anything–and the president is tainted, too–very tacky all this. If she can afford Georgetown, she can pay a copay.

  3. As a matter of civil discourse, Rush should probably not have called Fluke a slut, in illustrating his point. But then again, she joins the ranks of other famous sluts like Laura Ingraham and Sarah Palin and other conservative women. None of those women received a phone call from anyone, let alone a POTUS. And Miss Fluke is not some meek little poor law student. She is a 30 year old self described “reproduction activist” (or something like that). You gotta pay to play. There is tragic weather in the country — perhaps POTUS could spare a minute to talk about that or perhaps make a phone call.

  4. So, president Obama finds the time to call a law student over contraception?!?
Please refresh my memory – did he ever find the time to call the family of Brian Terry, and offer his condolences and APOLOGY after Brian Terry, while serving as a federal Border patrol agent, was MURDERED by guns provided through a Federally Funded program that allowed guns to walk?!?
