Heard on the local news today that he has eight campaign events scheduled for this 3-day cross country shakedown.
Guess he will sleep on plane. This is early for him.
Geez. And I thought the “stepping down to campaign” article was a joke…
Where is the pretense of official business?
They pushed it to Friday in Seattle, so we WILL get billed for this fundraising jaunt:
On Thursday, the President will attend campaign events in Corona del Mar, California before traveling to San Francisco, California to attend campaign events. He will spend the night in San Francisco.
On Friday, the President will travel to the Seattle, Washington area where he will continue to discuss his blueprint for an economy built to last based on American manufacturing. He will also attend campaign events in the Seattle area before returning to Washington, D.C. later in the evening.

Wow, guess nothing going on in the big wide world, so there is plenty of time for campaigning. Nope, no Iran, no Israel, no higher gas prices, no budgets, no Catholic mandates. Nope, plenty of time to spend on the road, yucking it up, blaming everyone but himself for the mess of the White House.

Obama was chewing gum today during the whole Master Lock speech. Bizarre that no one reminds him to spit out the gum. I see him chewin’ all the time on West Wing Week videos but I never noticed it before during a speech. The gum is behind his lower lip in front of his lower teeth. I don’t care if he has a 3 a day ciggy habit, he has no class.

The worst part is that these campaign donations are an investment and the return will be the appropriation of the taxes we pay back to them.
Is all of this travel on AF1 . . . yes, I would think that it is. So, how much is the Democratic Party paying for all of the costs . . . because if they aren’t, this has to end.
Always keep in mind folks that every one of his campaign jaunts involve two 747′s and a cargo aircraft to haul his limos around and a helicopter if he needs one.
You know what I think? These aren’t fundraisers. They’re parties. Most of them are at private residences, where the media is not allowed. Has anyone here seen any pictures or videos of Obama at one? I read the other week that there was less than 50 people at one. All these are are rich liberals who want to drink and bullshit with the man pretending to be president.
And they’re partying on our dime!

I believe the reason we have heard nothing from the Republican leadership about his transgressions is because of the latter.
Since these are fundraisers and the “media” does not report Obama’s constant ‘fundraising’ (who is really at these “private event$”?) there will be no news on Obama today… and the weak “media” will not question this schedule.

Six in two day.
With 12 “workdays” so far this month, that equals out to one fund raising event every 1.33 days.
I still wonder if there are events that are NOT on the official schedule over the weekends.
He even said in one of his smarmy charm interviews that he was on the lazy side. And his wife said she puts herself first. Why spoil two houses–I hope they stay together forever.
Keith, what’s the difference between “attending” a fundraiser and “delivering remarks”? Is it the amount of time he spends there or whether he eats the food?
I have wondered for a while–do the obese felines at these sign a little coupon promising to pay or putting a CC number or do they pass over envelopes of Benjamins? What happens?

You know, if he worked harder at it, it’s probably golf season somewhere in the world right now. What a slacker!
Not acceptable, but certainly not a surprise. He has been doing this since last fall. Fundraiser after fundraiser, with a little “official business” thrown in for good measure, and away he goes.
The people don’t care. So, while it is deplorable and should be dealt with by the GOP, the people remain too apathetic and the GOP fears being labeled as “racists”. So don’t expect much to happen.
…and the biased, sycophant “media” will dare not report or mention the lack of work-leadership in the daily “Obama’s Schedule”
