It doesn’t look good to be attending a fundraiser in the work day. I bet it’s because they have “holiday” parties at the White House in the evening. They only have so much time to squeeze in the parties before he departs on the 17th for the 17 day vacay.

I grew up in a family of political junkies who felt strongly about the privilege of voting, the importance of being involved, and prestige that comes with the Office of The President. Since I first voted in 1968, there have been Presidents on both sides of the aisle with whom I did not always agree, but I respected them nonetheless. Until Obama. I can not think of another time in my life that I have such a distaste for a President and it breaks my heart that he has seen to ruin the Office.
I looked at his schedule today and about cried that there is no mention of a service or remembrance for Pearl Harbor. Travesty.
Well, he did want to apologize to the Japanese, didn’t he? They are the victims here. Acknowledging that the Japanese may have been culpable in WW2… his head might assplode.

ass when it comes to the military history of this country! He also blew off Normandy on D-Day what a guy. A far cry from that wonderful
speech given about the brave boys at Pointe Du Hoc by Reagan.

Canada. A country settled by the English and the French and our neighbor to the north.
One would think that a country with Canada’s history would have English culture, French cuisine, and American technology. Instead they have English cuisine, French technology and American culture.
But still and all, they are some of the nicest people, almost to the point of being irritating.
This has to be the eleventhteen fundraiser in DC. There must be a lot of rich people who live there who can”t find anything better to do with their money than throw it into the abyss.
