  1. White House press secretary Jay Carney at the beginning of his Wednesday briefing reacts after bringing out the wrong notebook: “Sorry. I’m going to shuck and jive! Time to shuck and jive.”
From Real Clear Politics he’s a gem alright:)

  2. Wait… he is spending his valuable time (my valuable time) during an economic meltdown of our country to address a NASCAR dude?
    ATTN:
    MR. PRESIDENT,
I DON’T THINK FOR A MINUTE, YOU ARE AT ALL INTERESTED IN NASCAR, NOR DO I THINK YOU SHOULD FRITTER AWAY YOUR LIMITED TIME WITH SUCH FRIVOLITIES. GET OFF YOUR SMARMY, SELF ABSORBED ASS.

While the driver and those involved are no doubt wonderful Americans, I find it nauseating that he is being distracted from his “laser like focus on jobs” and “the first thing(s) he thinks about when he gets out of bed in the morning, and the last thing(s) he thinks about before he goes to sleep each night.”
How about you use the roughly hour and a half of my time this took, (including getting prepared, schmoozing before, the ceremony, the pics, and schmoozing afterwards) and get some sh!t done. Like ripping that oversized ego out of your skull and replacing it with a large dose of reality and common sense for the people whom you represent. The exact same ones that overwhelmingly disapprove of your actions.
