    • what a waste of our taxpayer money to pay her salary and all those who facilitated Lady Gaga to do this. How stupid! Is there nothing more important in the world that the Secretary of State and embassy staffers have to do rather than help a pop star sing in an event? This is totally ludicrous! Seriously. This whole administration is atrocious.

  1. A day not publicly fundraising his Billion? Must have the Lincoln Room booked.

Let’s see how many questions he let’s be asked and how many words he uses to answer the simplest question.

Keith, I am hopeful you will get a chance tomorrow.

  2. That press conference might be interesting.Obama is towed to the podium to produce some answers about his mess. I hope there will be some tough questions but I guess they are not allowed. Isn´t it possible to sneak them in anyhow ? I mean, can they actually stop the speaking person ?
Keith, I read your interesting article about the deficit. Yes, it´s urgent, urgent that the US carry through various reforms in entitlement programs, simplify matters for the entrepeneurs and so on. Otherwise it will be like discussing the choice of music on board on the Titanic. Look at Greece. They are screaming and kicking but ought to be pleased that more responsible countries tell them what to do. A giant world player economy like the US will have to trust their own politicians. It is sad that there is such an irresponsible bunch in the White House right now.

  3. “Welcomes the WNBA Champion Seattle Storm to the White House; Rose Garden.”

This is a pan-President question, not solely about Obama. Why are professional sports stars singled out to go to the White House all the time? They are certainly among the least important of our citizens by any measurement now that they’ve given up being role models for kids.

Let’s have some honest cashiers, some dedicated housecleaners, some taxi drivers without accidents, etc. I’d rather see them honored that people who benefit from a gene pool that allows them to mess with a ball a little faster than other people.
