Obama Schedule: Lisbon || Friday, November 10, 2010

From the White House:

In the morning, the President will arrive in Lisbon, Portugal. The President will then participate in a U.S Embassy meet and greet at the Lisbon Marriot Hotel.

In the afternoon, the President will participate in an arrival ceremony and signs the guest book at Belém National Palace. Later, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with President Cavaco Silva of Portugal at Belém National Palace.  The President will then participate in a working lunch with President Cavaco Silva. Later, the President and President Cavaco Silva will deliver statements to the press.

Later in the afternoon, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Socrates of Portugal at the Prime Minister’s Office. The President and Prime Minister Socrates will then deliver statements to the press.

Later, the President will participate in a NATO arrival reception at the Feria Internacional de Lisboa. Later, the President will attend the NAC opening session and then the NAC working session. Later, the President will participate in the NATO official photo.

In the evening, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with President Saakashvili of Georgia.  Later in the evening, the President will participate in the NAC working dinner.
